QEpress is an amazon delivery service in the UAE. When you order amazon.ae logistics will be shown as shipped by QExpress.
Tracking Your Order
You can track easily order with amazon.ae logistics service, “Your Order.” If you have any issue tracking order, you can visit “Track Your Package.”
Delivering Information
When nobody is at the address when delivery is attempted, QExpress will get you in your own registered phone or send an email to the email address. We are going to create three delivery attempts on successive days. In the event, the third delivery attempt will be unsuccessful that your package is going to be soon returned to Amazon to get a refund.
Missing Package
You may find that the tracking will sometimes show that a package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. In these instances, please refer to Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered.
